Wrestling Experience: The level of technique covered in this camp is best understood by wrestlers who already have a couple of seasons under their belt. The Tie Up Takedown Camp is best suited for middle school and high school wrestlers who have at least 2 years of wrestling experience. Technique: The takedown technique taught at the Tie Up Takedown Camp is organized into six sections and all six sections are covered regardless of the schedule. |
