Spencer was satisfied with the camp last year.
I personally believe your Top Leg Camp helped to round him out to be the superior wrestler that he got to be last year. Prior to your camp, he always struggled with guys that used the leg riding techniques on him. While he rarely used it as an offensive tool, it GREATLY benefitted him as a defensive wrestler when someone wanted to use legs against him. NO ONE was able to successfully ride legs last year. This is primarily due to the education he received at your camp. I thought it was very thorough and wonderfully detailed, esp. with the limited three days we had with you.
Spencer finished 3rd last year in VA. He lost only three times, twice to the ultimate VA State Champion. He was recruited by the University of Maryland and had the opportunity to wrestle at Liberty University, both Div. I schools. For various reasons, he chose Messiah College, a Div. III school.
Thank you for your wonderfully successful camp! It made a difference for our wrestler.
Cordially yours, Ray Alexander
Coach Keel,
My son attended your legs camp last year and it made him a much more dominant wrestler. As an 8th grader this year, he won VAWA middle school states at 145. He also won pre-season CAWL (aka "Beltway") at 140, was the #1 seed in the CAWL finals, and took 1st place there as well at 140.
Thanks,
Kevin Baker
Coach Keel,
Just wanted to drop you a line to let you know how much we enjoyed your leg wrestling camp. I am an old Pennsylvania leg wrestler and can still do the techniques but have trouble breaking it down to teach my kids. Your step by step method is excellent not only for the kids but for me as a coach. My wrestlers are already practicing the techniques learned and to my surprise maintained most of what was taught; kudos to you! We look forward to having you in the rear future.
Thanks, Jeff Stout
Coach Keel:
Levi said he really got a lot out of the camp. I will be checking to see when and where you might have other camps because he said he would like to go back!
Thanks,
Debbie
Coach Keel,
Thanks for a great clinic this past weekend. Our guys learned a lot of new stuff. If the use 10% of it they will improve big time. Good luck this season.
Sincerely,

The two boys that attended were the Burdette cousins and they thought it was an awesome camp and it really helped them this past season. Watching them wrestle I could see a big change in there style, They didn't panic when the legs came in on them, they could counter better and score more from the leg position.
Thanks again for a great camp.
Jerry Burdette
The Choose Top Leg Camp was a fantastic experience for each of my wrestlers. We were able to get a few other schools in the area to attend as well and we got some travelers to come out. Coach Keel did as good a job as any clinician that I have ever witnessed in breaking moves down. We started with Position and Coach Keel showed how to get the Leg in and how to adjust the hips to the bottom man's movement as well as how to break the man down. We then went into how to score with your legs and instead of just showing the Banana Split and Guillitoine, he also showed some great chain wrestling with a Half or Arm Bar as well as a Power Half. We went over some excellent turns with the Crab Ride as well. We were also shown how to defend legs from many positions and how to throw the legs in from more than one position.
I would recommend this camp to any wrestlers wishing to learn how to ride legs or any wrestler looking to fine tune his abilities on top to make him a better wrestler. The cost of the camp is very minimal considering all the one-on-one instruction that each camper is provided. I will definitely do everything to work it out to bring Coach Keel back for a camp every year for the near future.
Thank you Coach Keel, I'm sure our wrestling season will be better because of our attendance at this camp.
Sincerely,
Danny Crotts

Coach,
Just wanted to follow-up and thank you again for your time and energy at our camp in Bradenton, Florida. I was just brousing the boards and already saw a nice message from one of the campers parents. The kids really liked the camp and certainly learned a different style than what were use to wrestling.
Thanks,
Pat Ancil Head Wrestling Coach Lakewood Ranch HS
